How cashback is worked out
Cashback = net loss in the period × cashback rate.
Example with a made-up 5% rate: you deposit and play during a week and end it RM200 down. 5% of RM200 = RM10 cashback. If you ended the week ahead, there would be no cashback for that week.
How a rebate is worked out
Rebate = valid turnover in the period × rebate rate.

What "valid turnover" usually excludes
Rebates count valid bets only. Across the industry, these are commonly left out:
- bets that are cancelled, void or refunded;
